IMMERSION / YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Weekends – Friday 6-9 pm; Saturday 10 am-8 pm (1 hour lunch); 11 am-6 pm (1 hour lunch)

18 ONLINE SESSIONS – Wednesdays 7-8 pm

3 PRIVATE SESSIONS with Lead Instructors – by Appointment

20 INDEPENDENT STUDY HOURS – Based on your Special Interest with Approval of Lead Teachers

Some Options that will fulfill up to 20 hours of the Independent Study:

Participating in the 10 Day Retreat in Rishikesh, India with Tejasvi Giri Ma

WELLNESS CENTER TREASURE ISLAND – Some classes will be held at our beautiful air-conditioned center with waterfront deck, and steps away from the beach.

This is a Non-Residential program. We can suggest budget to luxury accommodations for those traveling to the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater area for weekend sessions.
